Hi, my name is Andrew McNeil and I am offering online fitness and nutrition coaching to anyone who would like to set up and effectively implement a training program. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Nutrition from St. Francis Xavier University and I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA).

The platform which I use for training is called Trainerize. After answering the questions on your consultation form, I will create a custom training and nutrition program for you.

The training program will be designed to reach your goals as efficiently as possible while taking into account personal preferences. This would generally include a weight training program focusing on the main lifts: squat, bench, deadlift, ect., or variations of these exercises. A cardiovascular conditioning program can also be added. The specific type of exercise (e.g. running, boxing) will be individualized based on your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. The Trainerize platform allows me to create your programs, suggest inter-workout progressions, and monitor your progress daily. It includes detailed videos explaining how to perform each exercise, and I will review footage of your exercise form to suggest improvements. This will be especially important in the beginning stages but regular assessments are still valuable as you increase your strength.

I will create a custom meal plan for you using software from Evolution Nutrition. This meal plan will be set up with specific calorie and nutrient targets which will facilitate body composition changes, and will incorporate foods which you already enjoy.
